ILAC/CESI is a mission that seeks to integrate health, spirituality, education, and community development in low income rural areas of the Dominican Republic.
ILAC/CESI began operations in 1973, based and driven by the spirit of SOLIDARITY of preists who identify with the cause of the rural residents.
By 1986 the construction of the CENTER FOR EDUCATION AND COMPREHENSIVE HEALTH began, whose installations are located in the town of Licey al Medio, Santiago, Dominican Republic. This construction serves as a gathering place and guidance for all the projects, training activities, and community interventions.
