This Specialized Lab has introduced improvements for people with amputations, focusing on both the physical aspects and emotional needs of the patients. The Lab located at Mision Ilac, also has the ability to construct personalized prosthetic parts for individuals who are incapacitated or have a mobility disorder.
Services are directed to people from poor communities with limited economic means to Access these services, that are generally very expensive. The Program is provided from the facilities at ILAC Mission with the highest levels of efficiency and quality.
International Coordination of this program is encharged to Ranvier Villegas, direct assistance to the patients is managed through Lab Crudem Fundation, making possible the re-integration of the patients to productive lives, and increase their capacity to ineract and relate to the environment around them.
